Meeting time & place: 10:00 a.m. at Mead Botanical Garden. Use the parking lot outside the Azalea Lodge and meet by the green signpost at the entrance. Don't worry — you'll find it!

What to wear: Bring shoes you don't mind getting wet or dirty. Comfortable outdoor clothing recommended.

Class limit: 10 students. First come, first served.

Quick Waiver

I understand that Survivor's Grocery Store is a free outdoor educational walk and that my participation is entirely voluntary. I agree not to consume any plant or natural material without Uncle Dave's explicit identification and instruction during the course of this class.

I agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless David Rose and Uncle Dave's Central Florida Survival School, LLC from any liability, injury, illness, or damage arising from my voluntary participation in this activity. I understand that outdoor environments carry inherent risks and I participate with full knowledge of this.

I further give permission for photos and/or video taken during this class to be used by UDCFSS, LLC for marketing and media purposes without compensation.
